Refund policy
RETURNS
We have a 30 day return policy, in which you have 30 days to request to return the item after receiving your purchase. All returns labels must be paid for and sent via Royal mail track 48.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and unused. We will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To return an item contact us at twentyeighthealing@gmail.com Once your return has been accepted we will send you further information of where to send your return. Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.
NON REFUNDABLE/ RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, We cannot accept returns on personalized items, beauty products, gift cards or sale items.
DAMAGES
Please inspect your items on receiving and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you have receive the wrong item, we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and refunded to your original method of payment, within 5 working days.
Late or missing refunds. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
